MTR Agenda (1 Oct)

All the ESRs, a representative from each Partner Organisation, as well as all the PIs from the Beneficiaries (supervisors can replace them only when strictly necessary) must attend the MTR meeting.

9.45-10.00 COFFEE BREAK: welcome to the Project Officer, the External Expert and the Innovation Expert.

 

10.00-10.15 Introduction: Short introduction by the REA Project Officer, the External Expert and ENRICH Coordinator (~15 minutes).

10.15-10.45 Tour de table: All the Beneficiaries and Partner Organisations will briefly present their research team and describe their role within the network (~30 minutes = 2 min per Beneficiary and 1 min per Partner Organisations. Click here for the sequence of the presenations).

10.45-11.30 Coordinator’s report: Presentation of the Network and D8.6 MTR report (~45 minutes).

11.30-13.00 Fellows’ individual reports Part 1 (9 ESRs): ESRs will present his/her individual research project and the results achieved so far. Scientific content is expected in the presentations. All the ESRs wish to present slides (2 mins to present each theme followed by 10mins per ESR, order).

 

13.00-14.15 LUNCH (buffet lunch served between 12.00 and 14.00)

 

14.15-15.10 Fellows’ individual reports Part 2 (5 ESRs). All the ESRs will present slides (2 mins to present the theme followed by 10mins per ESR, order).

15.15-16.45 Parallel:

  1. Meeting between all the ESRs, the Project Officer and the External Expert (one single group, 60-90mins)
  2. Meeting between the seniors attending the MTR and the Innovation Expert.

 

16.45- 17.00 COFFEE BREAK

 

17.00-17.30 Restricted session: Meeting between the Coordinator, Beneficiaries, Partner Organisations and the Project Officer to discuss financial issues and the Periodic Report. The PO will provide information on financial issues and seniors can make questions during the session (~30 minutes).

17.30-18.30 Feedback and open discussion: Feedback from the REA Project Officer and the External Expert (Monitor) and discussion on the output of the Network so far, on possible training areas for future exploitation or the impact on fellows’ future careers development (~ between 30 – 60 minutes).
