E8 and the MTR will be held in Wassenaar, outside The Hague (Netherlands). The venue hosting ENRICH E8, Van der Valk Hotel Den Haag – Wassenaar (Zijdeweg 54 , 2245 BZ Wassenaar) is providing both hotel-rooms and meeting facilities/packages (buffet breakfast, coffee break and buffet lunch are included).
How to get to the venue: The Hague is about 40 minutes on the train from Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport (train timetables). From The Hague Central Station to the venue you can take two buses (it takes about 10-15 minutes): a) Bus 90 stops in front of the hotel and goes once an hour. b) Bus 43 stops within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and goes twice an hour.

a) To the arranged price of the hotelrooms (104.50 euros buffet breakfast inlcuded), we must add € 2,50 p.p.p.n. (tourist tax). Hotelrooms can be cancelled free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival and two days in advance for the meeting packages.
b) Van der Valk Hotel Den Haag-Wassenaar serves dinners between 17:00 – 22:00. There are also other restaurants nearby.
