09:15-10:45       Workshop I: Selling yourself

10:45-11:00       Coffee break

11:00-13:00       Supervisory Board meeting. Those teleconferencing, find here the details – same as at the SB in Aachen, Sept 2019. Please, run a test before hand and try to connect 10 mins prior to the meeting. In parallel, ESRs start working on “Demos and Applications of ENRICHed speech”.

13:00-14:00       Lunch break

14:00-16:00       ESRs work on “Demos and Applications of ENRICHed speech”

16:00-16:30       Coffee break

16:30-18:00       Workshop II: Career planning

SUNDAY, JANUARY 12

09:00-10:00       Workshop III: Grant writing

10:00-17:00       Work on “Demos and Applications of ENRICHed speech”, incl. coffee breaks and lunch (13:00-14:00).

17:00-18:00       Interim presentations of demo status of each group, discussion and feedback

MONDAY, JANUARY 13

09:00-13:00       Work on “Demos and Applications of ENRICHed speech”

13:00-14:00 Lunch break

14:00-15:00       Final presentations of demos, discussion and documentation of remaining work and responsible persons to finish demos for the Royal Institution event on 3 March 2020.

(After that, those ESRs and seniors available can continue working on their demos, if they wish to do so)
